MIAMI 2024 | TICKET PRESALE COMING SOON

Any vendor with a permanent Florida DBPR Division of Hotels and Restaurants Food Service License or Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) permit may operate one unit at this event. Any licensed mobile food dispensing vehicles or licensed commercial kitchen operators must have their permanent food service license available upon request.

If you do not have a permanent Florida permanent food service license, you may obtain a Temporary Event License after passing inspection on the day of the event. A fee of $91, in the form of cashier's check or money order made payable to DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation), is collected after passing inspection. All vendors must meet the requirements listed on the Temporary Event Checklist in preparation for their on-site inspection day of the event. Please reference additional information here: Temporary Event Guide.

Historic Virginia Key Beach Park requires each food vendor to pay a vendor premise use fee of $50 to operate a booth in the park.  The park requires each merchandise vendor to pay a vendor premise use fee of $15.

Vendors are required to have one Food Handler certified individual in their booth at all times. You must submit a copy to Vegandale and bring a copy on site. Any accredited food safe course such as Servsafe is accepted, and is only required for vendors operating under an establishment license. For example, if you're getting a temporary permit issued on the day of the event, you do not require a food handler's certificate.

Vendors requiring propane can source their own propane, not exceeding 100lbs per booth. All propane tanks must be safely handled and tied upright so they do not fall over.
