My Pi Pizza

My Pi, founded in 1971, is a family owned business and is considered one of the best deep dish pizzas in Chicago by Steve Dolinsky, The Food Network & many others. My Pi's deep dish pizza was created by 4th generation baker, Larry Aronson.  His son, Rich, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Chef created his vegan version using My Pi's everyday crust & San Marzano tomato sauce, which is flavored with Larry's secret spice pack, and substituted a wonderful Daiya shredded mozzarella and Upton's vegan Italian sausage.
